Trafo

You don't really go to Trafo, you just end up there. When the other bars begin closing and nobody is ready to call it a night, people make their way to this famously hard-to-find door in a back alley.

Trafo treats closing time more like a suggestion: if the room is still lively, the bar keeps going. The décor is shabby-chic, the drinks are straightforward, and the smoking is very much indoors (prepare to take a little cigarette smoke home with you).

Talk about a real if-you-know-you-know bar. Let's just say we debated if we should even include this one or gatekeep it. So, consider this your invitation, but let's keep it on a need-to-know basis.
