Kosovo 2.0's library, bar and events space in one
The Concept Library is the physical home of Kosovo 2.0, the independent journalism outfit, pairing a curated shelf of independent magazines and art books with a bar and a room for talks, screenings and workshops. Opened in June 2024 on Ferat Dragaj, it's part reading room, part workspace, part cultural venue. Drinks are cheap and the programming leans toward journalism, culture and community.
