National Library of Kosovo

The Pjetër Bogdani National Library, designed by Andrija Mutnjaković and completed in 1982, is Prishtina's most argued-over building: an aluminium mesh shell topped by 99 domes. Loved and loathed in equal measure, it holds well over a million items across a soaring atrium.
