Reporting House

War-reporting museum in the old Gërmia department store

Reporting House is BIRN's museum of Kosovo's 1990s, built from the archives of the journalists and photographers who covered the peaceful resistance and the war through 1999. It fills the former Gërmia department store on Skanderbeg Square with video, photography and contemporary art spanning 1989 to 1999. Opened in June 2024 for the 25th anniversary of Liberation Day, it drew more than 5,600 visitors in its first six months.
